Fire Department have reported multiple trees and power lines down at Breezy Point. In addition, structural damage and cars were moved was reported to the National Weather Service.
The tornado was reported at 11:00am and the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Queens and Brooklyn as the storm moved through the city that expired at 11:30am. Additional severe weather is likely to affect the area through this evening.
