I'm freaking as I have an article that's mid-way written and my deadline is Sunday!! Any suggestions on how to get past the grey screen with the ever-spiraling sproket thingy??? Magic key strokes? It won't go further than the "boing," grey screen & spriraling forever. Hints? PLEASE?? Apple support is closed on New Years day. GOOD JOB!
